Important: View-Style Binders Only These are high-resolution inserts, not a direct-on-poly print. They are designed exclusively for “View-Style” binders (binders with clear plastic overlays on the front, back, and spine).

Shipping & Handling To ensure your artwork arrives without creases or “binder dings,” all orders are shipped rolled in mailing boxes. Upon arrival, we recommend laying the prints flat for a short period before trimming.

How to Install Your Custom Art

1. Tools You’ll Need:

• A sharp hobby knife (X-Acto style) or a fresh box cutter.

• A straight-edge ruler (18″ is ideal, but 12″ works).

• A self-healing cutting mat or a flat, protected surface.

2. Trimming to Size: Locate the crop marks that correspond to your binder size.

• Pro Tip: Always make your horizontal “height” cuts first using the “ALL” marks—this sets the standard height for the front, back, and spine.

3. Inserting the Art: Open your binder and lay it flat. Gently slide the spine insert into the center clear pocket first. Once aligned, slide the front and back panels into their respective pockets.

• Pro Tip: To avoid “ink drag” or sticking, ensure the binder is at room temperature and slide the art in slowly, one corner at a time.
